For more than two decades, I’ve had a front-row seat to how ambitious leaders operate, serving as a trusted partner to CEOs, executives, and high-performing teams focused on stronger results and greater productivity. Those who know me often say my enthusiasm is contagious and my ability to solve problems with a fresh perspective never disappoints.

I’ve witnessed how poor time investment and extra effort hurts outcomes. My son once told me, “Mom, you are obsessed with efficiency.” I immediately laughed and responded with, “You’re not wrong (and we’re better off because of it).”

Passing down ‘efficiency’ as an obsession, I’ll take it.

The Family

My husband and I have been married since 2000, and together we’re raising two incredible boys in Colorado. You’ll often find us teaming up for a round of golf, rolling dice, shuffling cards or exploring new destinations on vacation.

Strengthening how leaders and teams work is my healthy obsession.

As the founder of two boutique firms and being a productivity facilitator, I’ve been blessed to work with start-ups to global enterprises. I’ve helped professionals redesign how they work to operate more efficiently. The result? Optimized work styles that free up time for what drives the business forward: growth, strategy, and leadership.
